Question:

  • Why is the ‘Filter Status’ column empty under the CMC Management of the Source Web Filter? GUI > CMC Management > Status

Reply:

The Filtering Status information will only display if the “Upstream Failover Detect” option is enabled in the Synchronization Setup window.
