Question:

• I have created a saved custom report using the Security Reporter but when I received the reports it only shows me 1000 records. Is there a way to increase that number? 

Procedure:

Yes, there is a way to increase that number but you will need to log into the Reporter as the Super-admin. After you log into the Reporter you will need to click on Administration->Default Report Settings->Detail Result Limit. The default setting is 1000 but you can increase this number to anything high and at the moment there is no default maximum. That means you can increase it to whatever you want.
