PRB: Dashboard doesn't load statistics

Symptoms:

  • Dashboard doesn't load the detailed statistics of individual scanners, The screen keep saying "Loading" but doesn't load anything

Causes:

  • The browser does not support HTML5

Resolution:

Please use browser that supports HTML5 as Internet Explorer 8 and above.
