ERRMSG: Internal reporter - reports result in error: An error has occurred. The report has not been created

This article applies to:

SWG 10.x

Symptoms:

Happens only when Last N days is selected in the report filter. If specific date range is selected, report runs fine.
In config_time, Time zone is set to any of mideast time zones

Causes:

A problem with the mideast time zone

Resolution:

Changing to another time zone solves it. e.g. Asia->Qatar
