Question:

  • Can the MSC client be used in an environment with a Web Filter and a Secure Web Gateway (SWG)?

Reply:

The client is designed to be used with either a Web Filter 5.0 (and higher) or an SWG 10.2 (and higher), but not in the same environment running both applications.
