Question:

• How do I enable a Secure Access port to allow Trustwave support CLI access?

Procedure:

Login to Security Reporter GUI and select Administration from the top menu.
Select System Configuration (see notes below).
Once System Administration loads go to the Server drop-down menu and select Secure Access.
Identify the Port # field and enter an unused four-digit port in the 7000 port range.
Click the Start button and confirm that the specified port is populated in the connection field.

Notes:

Depending on your browser type, version, and configuration, selecting System Configuration may spawn an additional login window.
If this occurs, type in your credentials, and then go back to the original SR GUI page and reselect System Configuration to launch.
