INFO: Applying 5.0.20 on WFR/WF causes additional tab in browser after logging off

Question:

After applying the 5.0.20 software patch on my Web Filter, I noticed that each time I log-in and out of the GUI it opened an extra tab on my window. When I try closing the extra tab, it causes my first window to freeze. Is there any way I can stop this from happening?

Information:

With version 5.0.20, the extra tab should be left open until the browser window can be closed completely. The 5.1 software release should eliminate this behavior.
