Question:

https://twitter.com is not being blocked in Chrome.

Reply:

Google Chrome (v22+) enforced the use of TLS version 1.1, and WF v4.2.0 is unable to handle the TLS 1.1 packets. The fix has already been applied to WF 5.0 release. If you are not able to apply the WF 5.0 release, please contact Technical Support, so the hot-fix may be applied via-backend.
