What are the correct URIs for the ICAP healhchecks for SWG version 11.5 and up? (configured on the Bluecoat side when SWG is setup as the ICAP server)

The correct URIs for the ICAP healhchecks are following:

- for REQMOD:
icap://IP_address_of_the_SWG:1344/Trustwave_REQMOD

- for RESPMOD:
icap://IP_address_of_the_SWG:1344/Trustwave_RESPMOD

Please replace the "IP_address_of_the_SWG" in the URIs with the actual IP address of the SWG.
