HOWTO: Accessing the Trustwave Support Portal using Safari

  • Trustwave Support Portal (TrustKeeper)
  • Safari 10 (Sepember 2016 release)

Question:

  • How do I access TrustKeeper portal using Safari?

Procedure:

Most users can access TrustKeeper with Safari using the steps in the PDF document below (also attached to this article).

For some users, additional steps may be required. See further in this article.

Enabling JavaScript and Flash:

If you see a page similar to the below, follow these further instructions.

 

  1.  Go to the Safari menu located on the upper left-hand side of your screen and click Preferences.
     

     
  2. Click the Security tab. Check (select) the boxes Enable JavaScript  and Allow Plug-ins.
     

     
  3. Click Plug-in Settings
     

     
  4. Check the box for Adobe Flash Player to enable use of this plug-in.
  5. Once Adobe Flash Player has been enabled you will see login.trustwave.com listed as a currently open website.
     
     
  6. From the menu, select On to allow login.trustwave.com to use the Adobe Flash Player plug-in. Then click Done
  7. Close Preferences by clicking the red button on the upper left-hand side of the box.
  8. Click the Refresh button in your browser to load login.trustwave.com. You will then be redirected to log in to your TrustKeeper account.
