Information:

The Release Notes included with MailMarshal Reporting Console 2.0 are accurate as of the date of publication (September 18, 2008: Release 2.0.1.438).

Note that this product is now replaced by Marshal Reporting Console 2.1. See Q12227.

This article provides any additional information generated after that date.

  • MailMarshal Reporting Console 2.0 supports reporting for MailMarshal SMTP 6.2 and above.
  • MailMarshal (SEG) databases (data to be reported) can be hosted on SQL/MSDE 2000 or 2005.
  • The stated SQL Server version prerequisite for MailMarshal Reporting Console (SQL 2005 or SQL 2005 Express Advanced Edition) applies to the SQL server hosting the MailMarshal Reporting Console configuration database.
  • Problems connecting to the Report Server during installation could be caused by proxy settings. See LevelBlue Knowledgebase article Q12205.
